360 degree feedback is available through focus our human resources software. Employee development plans, goal planning and succession planning can all be achieved through the use of our software.

focus can also be used to identify performance gaps, facilitate e-learning and complete performance feedback assessments. Competency management and 360 degree assessments also are included capabilities of the software.

Partnership Details

Business Decisions Inc (BDI) is the Developer and Licensor of focus SOFTWARE AND focus SERVICES. focus is a competency and skill-based methodology and software system that assists organizations and individuals to reach their full potential.

BDI seeks to build mutually beneficial relationships with qualified individuals, companies, consulting firms, and other parties with an interest in focus SOFTWARE and/or focus SERVICES. focus SOFTWARE refers to our three basic software configurations: focus Enterprise, focus Core Network, and focus Core WorkStation. focus SERVICES includes consulting and other services provided by BDI (or a qualified Consulting Associate), along with the sale of focus.

We strive to create relationships that fit the needs of all parties. We have defined three basic relationships, shown below, and we are receptive to additional variations as needed. To implement a focus Consulting Associate, Representative, or Friend agreement, the related contract must be signed. These contracts contain additional information defining the relationship, as well as any needed customization.

focus Consulting Associates This is for a select group of qualified individuals or firms that feel that focus software and/or services can help them gain clients or bring value to their existing clients. focus provides Consulting Associates with a flexible methodology and supporting software system that can be molded to fit the approach of the Consulting Associate. Unique reports and even additional functionality can be added to focus. Consulting Associates recommend focus to a client company for evaluation. focus software is sold by BDI to "end users", not to Consulting Associates.

focus Distributors: These are qualified individuals or firms that desire to market and sell focus implementation services. Distributors are authorized to conduct the entire sales process, including the signing of a sales agreement in accordance with BDI guidelines.

focus Friends: These are individuals who provide qualified leads and make the initial introduction of BDI to an appropriate individual (not organizations where they are employed).
